Angie Harmon was an American model, actress and performer who was a part of numerous television and film productions over the past few years. Her first job was as an model and actress. After achieving international fame and recognition, she started acting. Her acting career began in the year 1995 with a television series called 'Baywatch Nights. Harmon has also performed voice-overs and provided her voice to an animated version of 'Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker'. Harmon decided in early 2000 to concentrate on film and not work on television series. In the mid 2000s, Harmon returned to television series after a short stint on film. She was among the few actresses who chose to pose nude with the magazine "Allure" in the year 2008. The character as the detective Jane Rizzoli was her most notable work on the TNT show Rizzoli & Isles. In her role as the detective, Harmon has been widely praised and awarded.
